5+ years experience as a project manager in Financial Service, Banking, Healthcare, Retail, Supply Chain, or Cybersecurity

Experience leading cross-functional team to ensure successful implementation of the project
Experience managing complex and high risks projects
Experience managing project work plans and work breakdown structures
Developed, owned, and led project timelines
Demonstrated ability to lead and influence others, leadership experience and training skills preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
PMP, CAPM or PMI-ACP
Scrum Master Certification
Business System Analyst
Business System Analyst
5+ years of experience in business, systems, data analysis with industry background in Financial Service, Banking, Healthcare
Agile experience and comfort leading agile ceremonies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communications skills, experience working with senior/executive level stakeholders
Experience of eliciting requirements, planning, documentation, tracking, analysis
Experience creating technical process flows, user stories and wireframes
Understanding of software development environment methodologies (i.e. Waterfall, Agile)
Able to take on an aggressive learning curve
Self-starter, takes initiative
Bachelor’s degree in a Business, Information Systems, Computer Science discipline or equivalent technical work experience required

Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
Quality Engineer
Quality Engineer
5 years of experience on an agile development team in the role of a Quality Engineer performing manual testing and automated testing
Test automation skills and experience with various automated testing tools
Experience writing comprehensive test plans and test cases and moving them into testing automation tools
Able to develop complex SQL scripts that validate business requirements
Strong knowledge and working experience in integrated systems testing
Experience in testing utilizing APIs
Strong analytical skills, including demonstrated data analysis and interpretation skills
Strong written/oral communication, and facilitation skills
